CanWeb Completes Acquisition of Chronicle Technologies Inc.

Sarnia, ON – July 24, 2003 – CanWeb, today announced its acquisition of the assets of Chronicle Technologies Inc. (Chrontech), a privately held company located in London. Chrontech developed a leading edge suite of knowledge management products for the manufacturing, process control, health care and education industries.

CanWeb’s newly acquired suite of products include:

iWare^TM –the customizable ‘knowledge management’ engine

iComply^TM -a health, safety, environment, quality management and internal corporate compliance application

iAsset^TM –an application to track, sort and manage your assets

iLogbook^TM –an electronic logging and incident management application

iPlace^TM –a human resource management application for academic institutions to manage co-op placement activities
